Caribbean Sea

Caribbean Sea

The Caribbean Sea is full of enchanting islands and warm clear waters. This is a destination that is very popular with those who love the sun and sea and water sports. Off the Florida coast are a group of islands called the Bahamas. Scuba divers will travel to the Bahamas for the variety of pristine coral reefs, wrecks, sharks and colorful tropical fish found there.

They say it is the pleasant climate that brings visitors back time and time again. Bimini, the westernmost district of the Bahamas, is a favorite location for those who want the laid back relaxation of island life. Anyone seeking world class fishing will head to Conception Island but there is also plenty to do on land, in the state of Florida.

If you come to this part of the US for theme parks, you already know there are many to choose from. Disney World, Universal Orlando, Busch Gardens and Sea World Orlando are just a few of the theme parks found in Florida. If you want to visit this magical place of enchantment and excitement, you can search for Florida holidays to book your flight and hotel and visit the theme park capitol of the world.

Travel to Las Vegas from Asia

On the 17th of September 2011, thousands of people from across the world will flock to the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, Nevada to watch the WBC Welterweight Championship between Victor Ortiz and Floyd Mayweather. There will also be plenty of people who were not able to get tickets for the actual match itself, but still want to be in Las Vegas to watch it on a big screen whilst being close to the actual action.

Travelling to Las Vegas from countries in Asia is generally not too difficult. Flights are available from most of the main airports across Asia. It is very important, however, to make sure you have a visa in place, as most asian countries do not qualify for the visa waiver programmer, allowing you to enter the United States for 90 days for business or pleasure so long as you have not violated visa conditions in the past. The only Asian countries that do qualify for the visa waiver programmer are Brunei, Japan, Singapore and South Korea.

If you are not a resident of any of those countries, you will need to apply for a visa at your nearest US Consulate or Embassy. Certain factors will influence the likelihood of you getting a visa and those positively affecting your chances are your age (if you are over 60, you are more likely to get a visa), whether you own your own home in your country of residence, and whether you are a regular traveler.

Each case is looked at individually, though, so if you do not fit into any of those three categories, it does not by any means mean that you will be refused entry to the United States.

So before you financially commit yourself by buying a ticket to Las Vegas and to the MGM Grand for the fight, make sure you have your visa in place if necessary! If you can’t make it to the fight you can always watch Mayweather vs Ortiz live online too!
